waiting for them to clear the road and laugh at the drivers. One even falls
on the road laughing.
A joker appears and tries to push them
off the road to the footpath but they don’t budge. Tired he wipes his
forehead and walks to the footpath. He’s annoyed and blows a whistle and

there frozen in shock.

The film opens on a busy traffic jam.
A man on a bike is driving very close to the driver ahead of him and honking
away.
Everytime he sees a gap, he tries to
fit in his bike. Almost driving into some vehicle. The driver in front of him
looks behind with anger. Instead of being apologetic the man gestures rudely
at the car owner to look forward.
A joker appears behind him on the
pillion and smacks him behind the head. He looks and sees the joker
questioning him why he’s showing such attitude.
Cut to the closeup of the bike rider
showing a punch to the joker who only laughs back at him rather than being
scared. As the camera zooms out we see a joker’s hat on the biker’s head.
There is another joker standing on his other side laughing at him. And then
we see the all the people in the jam laughing at him as he stands there
helpless and embarrassed.
The camera zooms to the first joker.
He points to the side where clips of
road safety rules appear.
The logo of transport department
appears.
